Default Alternator problem AGAIN!

hey guys so about 4-5 months ago my battery light was comin on at over 4500 5k rpm so i bought a rebuilt alternator from a forum member and worked fine and today the batt light started comin on agin only under 1500 rpm tho once i get goin it goes away... MY QUESTION IS DO YOU GUYS THINK IM GOOD TO DRIVE THE CAR THIS WEEK MAYBE NEXT WEEK ALSO UNTIL I GET THE NEW ALTERNATOR?? I will more than likely be orderin from somewhere online. thanks in advance guys..

Do you have towing insurance? Motor club?

If not - I'd park it until you replace the alternator. We have no way of knowing if even when the light is going out if the alternator is adequately recharging your battery. Nor do you.

Might be OK, might not. Balance the cost/benefit ratio yourself based on your situation.

If the light is on that means the alt is either dead or on it's way there, either way it's not working at 100% and will only get worst.

I would monitor the system voltage, and if it's low, don't drive the car. You can do a lot of damage to the electronic components of the car by not giving them enough power to run efficiently.

yeah i jus parked it right away and decided now to even risk it I have triple a anyways in case anything were to happen (free towin) but decided to jus avoid problems so i might jus get the alternator checked out and see if ima need a new one.. was tellin my boss about it and he let me borrow his F350 while i get my car goin again so its something different for a week or 2.. thanks for the feedback guys..
