Default Are people still liking the ST Coilover suspensions?

Those that have put on the ST Coil over setups in the recent months, now that you've had some time for the suspension to settle in a bit, what are your reviews? Still happy? Needs adjustment? Is the ride better or worse than when initially installed?

Thinking about ordering in about a week...

Yeah for $800 bucks and great reviews so far from early adopters, these definitely appear to have a good cost/benefit. From what I'm reading, Compared to springs and shocks at a similar price these give you ride height adjustably and reported better performance at half the cost of KW V2.

I have yet to really test the performance on these being they've only been on my car for about 2 weeks and I'm finally getting an alignment done today. But the ride quality is top notch, I forget that I'm on coils half the time!

Some others mentioned that the ride is a bit bouncy, as in bouncier than stock, is this true?

Also, how is it over bumps and roads that are less than perfect?

the only time it really gets bouncy is when you're drivin pretty slow, I'd say below 20mph..and as far as bumps in the road at normal driving speed I think it handles them pretty well, no bottoming out or crazy bumpiness.

Curious to learn more about these too.

I am currently going with Ground Control, but if these have adjustable front and rear heights and good performance I might be swayed.

I am still just having a hard time picturing the bouncy part under 20mph. Is it much worse than stock?

Lol, gotta keep it quick or you'll be bouncy bounce bounce under 20...
Description spot on as at 21 mph it's smooth.

Dear Member,

Keep in mind that our stock suspension is not very comfortable to begin with... There have been many people on this forum that have purchased this setup with out any complaints.... The valving of the shocks is comparable to KW V1... Excellent if your demanding a moderate increase in handling for street use.
