Default Metallic Clunk when turning right

My vert tends to make a metallic clunk with some spring-like resonance when making a 90 degree turn at less than 10 mph. Its only happens when there is a bump or transition in the pavement, like turning into a gas station.

I've brought it in to several dealer who say they can't find anything. It sounds to me like my right rear shock-tower is loose. My warranty is running out at the end of the month. Any suggestions to what it could be?

I have the exaxt same issue (i think).. only turning right, it makes this springy clunk sound..

Seems to come from the passenger wheel well or above it..almost made me think its due to the vert top but i believe it happens even with the top down.

Any other vert owners experience this?

Ride-wise the car is solid! no weird steering or shaking etc...

could be a few things, if its coming from the front right it could be:

strut plate bearing

loose end link or bad end link

ball joint? - but I think a dealer would have found that if it was the case, with the "wiggle" test.

you may have to wait it out until it gets worse to actually find it for sure

mine was doing the same thing ...turned out the subframe mounts were torn in several places and the strut mount too ....not sure if this applies to you as i drive a coupe , i can't remember if the verts are prone to that too ...the clicking started after a hard launch at the drag strip ...hope that's not the case for you
