It sounds like you have some slop somewhere.
It does move when I push it down vertically, but in the front only. Comes down about 5mm when I push on it. Is there a guide for the line too?
I guess I should install TIS and look through it instead of bothering you...
I haven't touched the line though, just swapped the glass. I wonder why it'll slop.

To follow up, I have found a fault that is causing the window to not close.
The window holders slide on the black metal frames using 2 green delrin guides each, the top guide on the rear holder has broken to pieces and the tilt adjustment will no longer push the window in, so when the window goes up, it won't align with the top.

I guess the only way to fix that and the slop is to replace the actuator. My only question is, do I need to replace the motor as well?

No need to replace the motor as long as it still works.. three screws a twist and pull and you can swap it over to the new regulator
