Default Damaged ZCPs... Safe? Would you buy?

I'm considering purchasing some used ZCPs at a good price. One of the rear wheels is damaged though (see pics) and I'm not sure if this is just a little more than cosmetic or if it could be structural and eventually lead to cracks/bend.

I haven't seen the wheels in person or driven the car the wheels are on. The current owner says there are no vibrations and the tire holds air. I have two kids and I'm always driving them around, so safety is a concern.

Do you think it's safe? Easily repaired? Cost to repair? Or should I just wait and spend a few hundred extra for non-damaged wheels?

If the price is really amazing, maybe buy them and try to source just 1 rear wheel? That damage would be kind of unnerving for me to drive on.

A little bit too much damage for me, Don't think those are a easy fix

I wouldn't take a chance on those.

hard to see any potential damage unless you check the rim with no tire on it. there could be hair line cracks on the back sides of the barrel. but even then, there is no way to repair that wheel other then depositing soem metal or some other material in there and then polish and paint. like others have said, unless its a really low price and you can source another wheel worse case.. i'd pass on this wheel.

buy them cheap, throw that one away, and source a new wheel

The wheel looks bent where the gouge is. Buy them for the price of 3 wheels and source a 4th elsewhere

Thanks for the responses.

The pending deal would be my OEM 18s w/tires + $450 for the OEM ZCPs with tires. My 2 rear tires are relatively new with 10-15k left on them. All 4 of the tires on the ZCPs would need to be replaced soon.

Those aren't the BBS made wheels are they? Or did they only come on CSL?

Pass. Every time you drive on them you will be praying they hold together...
