Default tested my new (to me) gtech

13.36 @ 116.1
gps verified - 162.5 mph (stayed in 5th past 155, and it worked!)

I think there was more (it was sloooooowly climbing) but there was a strong headwind and a corner coming up.

13.36 @ 116.1 Is that the 1/4?

If so, 116 you should be in the 11s.

thinking the same thing... Horrible launch??? 13.1 should put you around 106 mph at the trap. Which is the official specs.

How are you recording this?

yea 116 is WAY high for a 13.3 ET. no way your car would trap 116mph without forced induction either (or major n/a work)

yea, I only tried the gtech the one time. It is an older unit as well, just thought I'd see how close those numbers were. Based on everyone's opinions, I don't know how much stock I'll put into its accuracy either.

That's ridiculously inaccurate. M3's have run 13.2 before stock, but it's around 104 or 105.

I wouldn't trust that thing.

Did you have any wheel spin at launch??? I've heard from more than one person that said if you get wheel spin, while launching the car, that the G-tech numbers (especially mph) will be whacked.

I spun through a lot of first, and then a bit of second.
