Whoever said they didn't like Noomi Rapace's character or acting needs to have their head checked for absence of a brain.

She was fantastic and a major part of why I enjoyed the movie so much. The Vickers character could've been played by a number of actresses effectively.

People are drawing parallels between the probing of the decapitated Engineer's head, the electrical probe and his head coming back to life, Elizabeth's name, etc...

I absolutely agree. She reminded me of sigourney weaver but alot prettier, at first i did not even recognize her. I saw the movie again last night, still didnt get bored. I cant wait for the next movie!

Saw the movie and wasn't impressed. Character development was weak. The movie needed another hour to get to know the relationships better.
