I noticed the same thing when I flashed mine to the latest US software. I don't think the issue is the software, I think it's the adaptations. The official procedure per BMW is to re-adapt the trans and clutch after installing new software. If this isn't done correctly I think you end up with slow clutch engagement. Also it takes several hot/cold cycles to fully adjust after doing the adaptations. I just readapted my SMG today using the full and proper procedure in DIS. I'll report back if it makes a difference.

I did the full adjustment with INPA on both cars I flashed, immediately after flashing. No clutch slip on either car.

Just got my car back from the dealer after having it booked in for the SMG & DME updates. Are these updates recent....?

Asked for the CSL update but they said they need a real CSL beside it to perform the update... ?

Numbers are:

DME
OLD: 7835617
NEW: 7837929

SMG:
OLD: 7836384
NEW: 7843253

I also had it booked for various other issues. Got the report and the receipt attached...
Car still pulls to the left...

Car is running KW V3's.

No. The CSL software is 7843255. If you read this thread instead of posting once (and probably never coming back) you'd have seen this in 30 seconds.

read the guy post. Stealer refused to input 255, due to his car being non csl and upgrade to whatever latest non-csl smg software.

What is this procedure exactly?? Can you report whether there is a difference afterwards?

After importing all of the data and copying ECU and SGDAT, you must ALSO copy the GDATEN folder. You may also have to edit the SGIDC.AS2 file and remove a line if WinKFP says it cannot read it. It will tell you the line number.

I just flashed my car. Took about 30 seconds! No battery charger used (yes, very risky).
I did exactly the above, but I still get that Error 200 as previously posted.

1. Teach clutch valve values
2. Fully adapt transmission
3. Teach clutch slip point
4. Teach the offset of the longitudinal acceleration sensor
5. Reset clutch curve

Attached are screen shots from DIS. I was across the country on business all week so I haven't had a chance to drive it much yet. You can definitely feel that it's changed but I need to drive it for a solid week before I'll know how much of a difference it makes.

*Update*
So after driving it for more than a week it definitely feels better. There's still a small delay/slip when giving it full throttle but otherwise it's back to the way it was before I updated. Quick shifts with a bit of clunk in S5 and no clunk in S4. Based on some other posts I read I think the last step (reset clutch curve) is important for the whole procedure to work correctly. I didn't do that last step the first few times I did the adaptations.
