I hope to have the car out of the shop by Friday. It's getting a new windshield (pitted and worn), rock chip repair to the front bonnet, fenders and bumper. The car is then getting H&R springs installed and Porsche Sport Mode Software for the Tiptronic (really trick). The last two are being done by Porsche SA, but won't likely make it in time for the weekend.

I just bought a set of 19" wheels (Ruf type). The car came with 18" OEM Carrera which are fairly light weight and I'm going to use them for the track wheels.

She's just waiting to come out. LOL

Thanks Javier! I've been working solo as a consultant for an insurance company in OKC and it's had me extremely busy. Things have calmed down and I'd like to try and reconnect. I'm hoping there can be a meet in the near future, and if nothing else Coffee & Rides. I'm super anxious to get my car out of the shop(s) with all the work I've got going on and scheduled. Later this year I'm going to treat the car to F/I with the TPC single turbo setup. It's going to be bada$s!

Let's connect soon and y'all let me know if there are any meets. Not sure I'll have the car back for Harris Hill this weekend, but count me in on the next for sure!

Let's shoot for C&C on 4/28, I've been busy myself with a new job... Can't wait to see your car finished, it's going to be a beast! There's a Nismo event at the Blossom Athletic Field this weekend, I may go and check the car show and autocross on Sunday, although not into the Z scene my neighbor is very active so I'll probably show up and check it out. We'll have to go for a Hill Country cruise once your car is ready (I just installed H&R coilovers in the E92 M3 and want to test it, lol), not sure if you remember Jose (with the 840ci) he now has an 05 Carrera S and would probably go as well...

Congrats on the E92! Absolutely on the C&C on 4/28. I sure do remember Jose - it'll be good to catch up with him as well. I had a set of H&R coilovers (new from TireRack), right before that I bought a set of H&R springs, also new. The Carrera is so low as it is I decided to return the coilovers - not sure I made the right decision, but oh well. The springs lower the ride 1.2" which is pretty much the minimum drop of the coils, and all about what I can lower the car. Modding is a DISEASE. I thought after all the renditions with the M3 I got that out of my system - nope - it's a way of life! LOL.

I'm looking forward to catching up with you all - would love the cruise!
