Mfest 20-22 apr 2012

Anyone planning to attend MFEST this year????? I want to gather some enthusiasts up, meet up and convoy down there!! The Dates are 20-22 April 2012. I will for sure have planned and will take some leave during this time frame just for this! Let me know and I can get a list started, schedule some Hotel reservations, some spaces at the event to show our rides etc! I know some peeps, VF, AA, ESS etc and tag along with the show.

The further well planned the better instead of a last minute. Hotels and other reservations will be full by that time frame! I have time shares and will find out what deals I can work out!

(Our Mission rehearsals)
Reserve locations (hotels, resorts, parking etc)
Plan and brief the route (too easy) we can run the Rockies our run down south, (map quest will show the 2 Routes)
Rest plan for individual drivers
Race gas locations enroute
Pulled over plan and a arrested plan (who will bond you out)
Safety brief ()
Vehicle breakdown recovery procedures (Accident, flat tires, Overheating, starter, batteries etc)
Vehicle Tow plan
Regroup and Reorganize locations ("checkpoints") for stragglers or for others meeting up!
Blinders M27 as the Scout vehicle, I have these and are awesome!!!!
Police Scanners

Planning leads to the success of our mission. I love to have fun specially with my ///M!! Let's do this!

PM me your contact info and modifications to see what company is out there so they can save us a spot ahead of time,(if you want to) like if you got a VF kit,AA, HPF, ESS, NX, show car etc. Unless someone else out there is spearheading this event??? If they are I will tag along! It'll be awesome to have some other M enthusiasts from other states (East) to catch up and tag along. Our start Point should/would Be Kansas City!

Sounds like a fun trip, but I am not sure about taking my car cross country, it destroys your car...

This does sound extremely fun... I just bought a house in KC so I might be able to meet up

but not sure if my schedule will permit me to be able to drive cross country for MFEST... plus it does kill your car.. Only time will tell... will keep everyone posted

...On a side note, not sure why they dont have some sort of ///MFEST in KC since it is the center of the US
