Curious, but was there the rod bearing recall for this year? I assume it was not performed on your car if so?

I honestly do not know if that was the case for this particular vehicle or not. I do know that I DO NOT have a receipt for this being done. That does not mean it wasn't done though. I will try to look into it a little bit for you to get an answer.

Here is the first page of the BMW TIS regarding the recall. It gives the date range and chassis that the recall covers. Look at your vin number to see if it falls within these ranges. Gluck!

A m3 without the blower with that many miles would sell for 17k-18k even if kbb is saying 14k, We all know this. adding a blower is nice but it is hard o find someone to pay what you put in. i would honestly say no less than 21-22k.

^Thanks for posting that. Good to know. My VIN Ends with JR22160 so it should be included in the service action.

I have read in another thread that the Service Action was specifically for vehicles made up until February 2002. According to the VIN Decoder below, Mine was manufactured in 03 2003. I am still not really sure since I have one side saying yes and one saying no.

Thanks for the reply. I know that no matter what price I put it at, Someone is going to offer me less than I am asking. I'm still asking more than I actually need for it. I'm open to some reasonable offers.
