Default 2001 TiAG/Black Coupe 6MT SoCal: L.A.

2001 BMW M3
Clean Title
12x,000 Miles
Titanium Silver
Nappa Black Interior
Piano Black Trim
Harmon Kardon Sound
Xenon Option
Power Seats
Lo Jack (Saves you insurance money!)

ENGINE REBUILD IN PROGRESS
All new:
Valvetrain by Supertech
-Intake/Exhaust Valves
-Titanium Dual Springs, retainers, seats, everything
New Piston Rings
Main/Rod Bearings
Seals F/R
Timing Chain/Tensioners
Vanos Pump
Valve Adjustment
Engine Speed Sensor (Crankshaft Sensor)
Fuel Pump
ALL required gaskets and rubber in between

Engine will be basically brand new. The Vanos pump failed on me and bent valves. I opted to just rebuild the entire engine. Why you may ask if I want to sell it? Because I felt like it would be the smartest thing to do. The car has miles and I wanted myself, or a potential new owner to be worry free for years to come. I can honestly say this car has been re-done from head to toe. If it wasn't for me graduating soon and wanting to purchase a house I would keep this forever. But sometimes you have to let go and move on.

Overhaul at 100k
-Vanos Solenoid
-Cam Position Sensor (Intake)
-Power Steering Pressure Line
-Vanos Pump
-Valve Adjustment
-Updated Cam Gear Bolts

Maintenance 114,500
-Subframe re-enforcement
-PF RTAB
-OEM FCAB
-OEM Subframe Bushings
-OEM Steering Guibo
-OEM Flex Disc (Guibo) & new nuts
-OEM Updated Diff Bolts
-OEM Door Actuator
-OEM BRAND NEW KEY
-OEM Fuel Filter
-CPV

Maintenance 117,500
-Cam Position Sensor (Exhaust)
-Transmission Fluid FLush
-Differential Fluid Flush
-New Plugs

Maintenance 119,500
-Oil/Filter Change
-Spark Plugs
-Valve and Spark Plug Hole Gaskets
-Vanos Inspection

Suspension/Drivetrain:
75mm Stud Conversion
Dinan Front and Rear Strut Bars
KW V2 Coilovers
Rogue Engineering Rear Shock Mounts
330D shifter with ZHP Knob
Hotchkis Front and Rear Sway Bars
Status Gruppe Tuning Front Adjustable End Links

Wheels/Tires:
19x8.5F 10.5R Volk TE37 Mercury Silver
Michelin PSS 255/40F 285/35R 70% Life

Performance:
TMS SS Clutch Line
RE El Diablo Track Edition Exhaust
AFE Stage 2 Intake
Turner Motorsport Race Pulleys
Catless Headers
Evolve-R Catless Ready Tune (No CEL)
Magnaflow 10445 in Section 1 for decreasing rasp

Little Aesthetics:
Muteki Lug Nuts
Alacantara Shift/E-Brake Boots
Short Console with no armrest
Euro Tray
A/B/C Alacantara Pillars
Tinted Windows
Black Vinyl Wrapped Roof
ACS Rep Rear Windshield Roof Lip
DEPO LED Smoked Tail Lights
Smoked Turn Signals
Smoked Corners
Black Kidneys
Black Side Grills
Black Emblems/Roundel
One off Scorza CSL Diffuser Unpainted Uninstalled

Other stuff included:
-Stock Pulleys
-Stock Air box
-Stock Headers
-Stock Sway Bars
-Stock Fog Lights
-Stock Cooling System
-New clips and screws that occasionally break. Trunk liner, cooling panels, etc.
-Two keys (One brand new)
-Owners Manual
-CD of stuff I've accumulated over the years. Manuals/guides etc.
-Anything else I find laying around

Please don't text/PM asking how much I want or what's the lowest. Price is listed above and if you want to negotiate do it in person. I won't haggle over the phone. This is an enthusiast car just time for me to let go. Willing to take parts off to adjsut for price, but IMO I think everything is perfectly set in place. Car just needs a good home.

Letting this go for $20,000

If you think it's too much then research the price of the mods. I can sell this car as parts, but would rather give someone the opportunity to buy it as-is first.

Stack of receipts from maintenance and mods:

Original Receipt :O It's actually slightly more since a car was traded in as well.

Thanks man. I actually have a couple family members willing to help me out, but I don't like be put in situations where I owe someone money or favors, especially if I don't have to. If I get close to what I'm willing to let her go for than it'll be a sad day, but everything happens for a reason. If not I may just keep her and:
