FS: 2006 Jet Black\Blk M3 (SOCAL) - Immaculate Condition with a Warranty till 100k, 59k

The time has come to sell my M3. I have taken immense care of this car and the condition of the car reflects this very well. I hate to sell it but I need the money and most of the time its sitting in the garage. Never been raced or on the track. No smoking, kids or pets. Have only taken water bottles in the car, NEVER any food.

The car has always either been covered at work or in the garage. I have the BMW car cover for it.

Every option except for Comp. package and rear sunshade. Car is completely stock. 60,9xx miles currently.

Here are some details:

-- All work done at Sterling BMW dealer or Bullet Performance the best indy shop for bimmers in OC. ONLY Castrol Motorsport 10w60 used since new. Have all receipts for work done on car, including oil changes in a folder for the car.
-- Oil changed every 5-6k miles, half of the ridiculous BMW recommendation to ensure long engine life
-- New clutch ~10k miles ago, replaced under warranty. Inspection II completed around the same time at the dealer.
-- Navigation
-- Premium Package
-- Harmon Kardon sound system
-- Heated Seats
-- I purchased a extended warranty through Mercury Insurance, which has 1 yr left or until 100k miles which covers everything including the Nav and SMG
-- SMG
-- 19s with 1 week old Michelin Pilot Super Sport Tires (rears - paid over $700 for the tires)
-- Car has never seen rain while I have owned it.
-- Clean Title. ZERO accidents while I have owned it.

Iam asking $28,900. Please no lowball offers. This car is in showroom condition in every way and has been babied as such.

Fresh oil change with Castrol TWS 10w60 just completed. All ready to go.
