Great to hear about a problem free car. Seems like the forum is mostly people complaining about things breaking.

i sold my first m3 to get a e60 m5...... biggest mistake ever. just bought my 5th m3 and they are only getting better....

Edit: I've had my 03 M3 for 9 years with zero issues. Other than a dead battery (my fault, interior light...) nothing! And she's looking and running better than ever

thanks everyone, yes the m treated me very well. i was always a little afraid of something catastrophic, probably read this forum too much.
i'll try to post up some comparisons regarding both rides once i've been in the 911 for a while. to dustyice, it's actually midnight blue, not black. difficult to tell in that light in the pic i posted earlier. ![]()

Haha nope not a turbo and not even a 991. Wifey wouldnt allow that and i had to keep her happy. Otherwise i'd be in germany right now on the autobahn after having taken my euro delivery...
