Evolve AlphaN Tune Information

Hi Guys,

for all of your running evolve AlphaN please get in touch and I will update your tune.
Some cars have shown to have some low end drivability issues and we have the solution for this.

The problem is not related to fuelling or ignition but the air stalling under sudden heavy load through low-mid rpm's.

We fix this by changing the valve opening and closing times with respect to the piston on the intake and exhaust stroke. We also change the valve overlap (so the valve opening time at the beginning of the intake stroke and the end of the exhaust stroke).

By speeding up the air speed all of these issues are solved.

The update is completely free of charge.

Note - not all cars suffer from this. If your car is running fine with the alphaN and our air box then leave it as it is.

And that's exactly why I'm afraid of "tunes". God only knows how many other "drivability issues" these sort of "enhanced" ecu mappings introduce.
