I can't imagine picking between these two on the basis that one was not fast enough in a straight line.

I would have thought that the M5's dual clutch would have made up for any slight hp advantage.

M5 driver was a douche in all the new vids.. Starting in 1st with an immediate up shift to second in every single race that cost him a car length every single time.

With the monster torque in the M5, he should have been starting in 2nd.. And he would have drilled the other cars even more

In Houston I swear I've seen like about 6 in the last month. Maybe some were the same people...IDK

I was exaggerating a bit about always seeing them, but I just didn't think I'd see them that much. MB dealer in Houston said they can't keep them in. People are buying them like hotcakes (relatively speaking for a car like this).

Nothing wrong with it, but MB AMG cars are big status symbols down here.
