Short one was easy with a sawzaw. The long one on the other hand, very hard. We had to cut around from the inside of the bung, the tool was basically an airpowered dremel, it was so freakn hot we then used a big long screwdriver, and hammer to bang it out completely.
Oh, forgot to mention, my EGT port was stripped. Kinda sucked trying to get the EGT port in, and it's still not all the way on...

Any idea if the defoulers are actually necessary? Perhaps sgt can remove them during the assembly process which might be easier?

The defoulers take the O2 sensors out of the path of the exhaust so that you don't get a CEL if you are running catless

I believe if you get a tune to remove the post o2 sensors, which would get rid of the CEL, it puts your ECU in "not ready" mode which means that passing emissions can be an issue. Might be a good idea to keep them just in case. My

The Headers are in production now. Im waiting on the lead time but we are making double what I expected so its going to take i figure twice as long to make.
