The color is named after the town in Portugal. The Sand Beige was only offered in later 99s and had to be special ordered. There might only be 20 in the USA.
Authentic BMW Lightweight wheels. Very clean with minor dings or scratches.
It is in excellent working condition with extensive maintenance records. See below.

Nice car! That Estoril looks a bit darker than some I've seen, looks great.

How hard was it to get to the clutch bushing? I bought the UUC bushing to see if it will stop the squeaking.

I found a new trick with the clutch bushing.
Remove the knee-kick panel, of course. Then remove another 3 bolts to remove the metal/foam composite impact panel. It gives you so much more room to work with. Just 3 bolts.

Was this sold as "Individual" or did they do Sand interiors on regular 99s? Very rare combo, don't think I've seen one for sale ever. Would love to see some more pics of the seats/interior.
