It looks horribly mini-van-ish too... so long and dopey looking.

I still want one of these... get rid of the Jeep and find one of these babies with low mileage, gorgeous design.

^yeah, definitely looks minivannish. Agree with wayward here, I really liked the previous gen. It was a little too big, but I liked the styling.

Used to have one of these in black, back in college

THAT is the true pathfinder. I could tell stories of the $hit I went through in my two (1991 and 1995 SE models IIRC). Freakin bulletproof.

Well, I guess the 4Runner is among the last of the body on frame and decent looking SUV's. Still a massive truck compared to it's predecessors, though.

The new Pathfinder is awful.

I don't care for the front ends' massive overbite look. At speed, how many pounds of lift will that lower half of the front end generate?

The market dictates new products. People don't want body-on-frame, gas guzzling, truck like SUVs anymore. There is a stigma attached to those vehicles, and that's why you don't see many Hummers around.

what the heck is up with nissans ugly ass cars.

the only thing marginally good looking out of the nissan/infiniti lineup is the Z/G37 and titan

the '12 pathfinder looks so much better than this one. and i would much rather get an armada over that down syndrome QX
