Default Will my 2005 M3 play MP3s?

I have heard yes and no to this question. I asked the dealer, but they weren't sure(big shock). Anybody have any luck with this?

Are you talking about the Business CD? I just popped in a MP3 CD and it did not play... which "regular CD" are you talking about?

my '01 could play them. However, if you have a Nav unit, don' you still get a cd player? I fail to see why that one would not play but the regular cd player would...

When I win, I'm going to ask for a pony.

I have an '05 model...just popped in an MP3 CD and it played with no problem. I only have the Business CD system. Thanks for the post. I had no idea my M3 would play MP3s until I read this.
