Default *Feeler* BMW Bluetooth ULF Module

I happened to come across a OEM BMW Bluetooth ULF Module "Brand New" in the box (Dont ask, heehee). BMW part number is: 84 21 6 934552. I have no idea what it is worth or if anyone might be interested. PM me if your interested and how much you would be willing to spend. Pics below.

here is more FYI

heres a breakdown of the BT module and its gererations:

84 21 6 934 552 end of life 06/03 1st generation
84 21 6 938 610 end of life 10/03 2nd generation
84 21 6 934 961 end of life 03/04 3rd generation
84 21 6 950 089 end of life06/04 4th generation

84 21 6 945 387 end of life 11/04 5th generation

84 21 6 955 522 Present Generation <NOT to be confused with the OLD 552 module. The 522 is the latest, and is REALLY hard to get>

as for me.. i ended up with the newer TCU module which does both BT and Assist.

I have the 552 module...tried to sell it a month ago, but no one was interested because it was 1st generation. I think I am going to just install in on my car. Need to spend another $165 in parts and then labor to install it.

Ah, thanks for the replies. I ordered some parts from a "Dealer" for Xmas presents. Wrapped in one of the boxes was the TCU, which I did not order. I called the parts department and tried to return it, but they never called me back. I dont think I am going to go too out of my way to give it back, since they didnt even return my call. So, if anyone wants to get a cheap ULF for a few bucks let me know.

Hey Daytona, what's the model number of your unit which does both Bluetooth and Assist? I was not aware that BMW now makes a module which does both. Thanx!

So do you still have the TCU? You're selling the ULF, though. I presume you installed the TCU?

Arnee,

I apologize, but I thought the TCU was the unit that I have pictured above? Maybe I have my terms mixed up. Either way, I have no need for it since my wife's X5 already has BT installed and I have no desire to install it in my M3.

Ahh gotcha. You mentioned TCU, which is the unit that allows BOTH Assist and BT to work concurrently. The one in the pic is the ULF, which replaces Assist with BT.

Thanks for the clarification and good luck with the sale.
